📦 Processing Times

All orders are hand-poured and packaged with care.

Processing time: 1–3 working days.

During busy periods (seasonal launches or sales), processing may extend to 3–5 working days.

Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, it will be handmade on the next business working day. Once created, it will be dispatched and delivered within 7 days from the date of order.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail and other trusted couriers.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Tracked Delivery: 1–2 working days

Free Delivery: automatically applied at checkout when available during promotions.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

We offer local delivery within Ayr and surroundings areas.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to confirm your delivery day/time window.

📦 Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
